The villages around Kayseri produce some wonderful new kilims. The motifs and designs are traditional Anatolian patterns handed down over the generations and express the hidden desires of the weaver. Kayseri kilims are available in many different sizes, because they are hand woven, the size varies greatly, as do the weavers interpretation of the design. This adds to their individuality and charm, as no two kilims can ever be identical.

Each Kayseri kilim that we stock has been individually selected at source, with the same care and attention given to buying antique kilims. This means that great attention is paid to consistent quality of weaving, wool, balanced design, and harmonious colour combinations.
